Dirigido por Peter Segal, o longa-metragem tem no elenco principal Steve Carell (Maxwell Smart), Anne Hathaway (Agente 99), Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson (Agente 23), Terence Stamp (Siegfried), Alan Arkin (Chefe), Ken Davitian (Shtarker), Masi Oka (Bruce), Nate Torrence (Lloyd), David Koechner (Larabee) e Terry Crews (Agente 91) e será lançado nos EUA no dia 20 de junho de 2008.
